* The fee of two hundred and ninety-nine dollars ($299.00 GST inclusive) constitutes a fixed-price arrangement applicable exclusively to Alterations and Additions projects. The provision of BASIX certificates for New Dwellings is strictly contingent upon the project satisfying the criteria for a BASIX-only assessment, as determined by the Quick BASIX New Dwelling Eligibility Checklist. Subject to the fulfillment of these eligibility requirements, New Dwelling assessments shall be subject to a fixed fee of four hundred and ninety-nine dollars ($499.00 GST inclusive).
** The stipulated forty-eight (48) hour turnaround period is defined strictly as two (2) full business days. This timeframe applies exclusively to Quick BASIX’s internal processes for producing the assessment and managing project-specific correspondence, as detailed in the 'How Does It Work' framework. Quick BASIX assumes no liability for project delays resulting from client action or inaction, including, but not limited to, delayed remittance of payment or failure to respond to electronic and telephone communications in a timely manner.
